Showcasing the breathtaking landscape and the people drawn to the restorative power of cold water swimming, find out how this community uses the icy waters to reconnect with their mental health, identity, nature, and each other.

Viewers will get an insight into the lives of the wild swimmers at Gaddings Dam and the positive impact that cold water swimming can have on one’s well-being.

The film promises to be a compelling exploration of the intersection of nature and mental health.

The screening will be followed by a live and in-person Q&A with director Ben Davies, plus a panel discussion with Surfers Against Sewage.
